Information for the processing of personal data

Intras Consulting, a.s. with its registered office at Bělohorská 245/71, 16900 Prague 6, ID 60193042 , arranges for the protection of the personal data that you give us. It is important that you know that we process the personal data you give us responsibly, transparently and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. You are entitled to request information on registered personal data, to have it corrected or to have it erased it they have been made on the basis of your granted consent. If automated processing takes place, you have the right to data portability and not to be the subject of any decision based solely on that decision-making process. If you have any questions or requests regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact us in writing at the registered office of the company.

Safety of your personal data

ntras Consulting, a.s. arranges for the protection of the personal data that you give us. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data in view of the significance of their processing. No unauthorised person has access to the personal data that we have obtained from you, and we do not pass it on to other parties for further processing without your consent, unless required to do so by law or in the protection of our legal interests.

Right to information

You have the right to ask Intras Consulting, a.s. for information on what personal data we are processing about you, its scope and the purpose of such processing. We will provide you with this information free of charge within 30 days at the latest, and in 90 days at the latest in exceptional circumstances. We will inform you about the extension of the time limit in exceptional circumstances in good time. If you require the information we have registered about you to be shared with you, we will first need to verify that you are indeed the person to whom this information relates. Please therefore indicate adequate personal identification details in your application. If necessary, we have the right to request additional information to identify you before we provide you with the personal information we process for you.

It is then our right is to reasonably reject requests for information that are groundless or unreasonably repeated, or whose retrieval requires disproportionate effort, or would be difficult to obtain (typically from backup systems, archival materials, etc.).

Right to portability of personal data

You have the right to obtain the personal information we hold about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. At your request, these data may be forwarded to another administrator.

Data updates, right to correction

Since personal data may change over time (for example, a change of Surname), we would be happy if you would inform us if there has been a change in your personal information so that we may keep your personal information up to date and avoid any errors. Submitting information about any change of data is essential for us to be able to carry out our activities as Administrator properly.

This is also related to your right to have the personal data we have registered for you corrected. If you find that your data is no longer up to date, you have the right to request a correction.

Objections

If you believe that we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the applicable Czech and European Union legislation, you have the right to raise an objection; we will then verify whether your request is justified. At the time of your objection, any processing of your personal data will be limited until it is verified whether your objection is justified. Right to restrict processing

You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data if you take the view that it is not accurate or that we are processing it in an unlawful manner and in addition if you believe that we no longer need it for processing purposes.

Right to erasure

If you have ever given us permission to process your personal data (such as an email address for the newsletter we circulate), you have the right to revoke it at any time and we have the obligation to delete the data we process solely with your consent. The right to erasure does not apply to data processed under the obligation to perform a contract, for legal reasons or within legitimate interests. If some of your data are stored in back-up systems that automate the resilience of all of our systems and function as data loss protection in the event of an accident, it is not within our power to erase such data from back-up systems and often not even technically feasible. However, such data are no longer actively processed and will not be used for other processing purposes.

If you are interested in receiving special product offers from Intras Consulting, a.s. to an e-mail address you give us and for which you give us consent, we will use this e-mail address solely for these purposes. Intras Consulting, a.s. does not pass on any such email address to any other parties. If you decide at any time in the future that you do not wish to receive emails for this purpose from Intras Consulting, a.s., you may revoke your consent to process the email address here or in writing to the Company’s registered office.
