It began doing business in organizational and economic consultancy in March 1991. In time the first employees were hired and the business was expanded until it became a full-service accounting and tax operation. This work was carried out by a small team of 5 employees under JUDr. Pavel Švarc and his trade license until a decision was reached to incorporate these business activities.
The form of joint-stock company was chosen for this purpose (then under the name BONANZA, a.s., which attorney Švarc founded years ago with his British business partner S.N. Weston and with the Children’s Home for children up to 3 years old in Ostrava for the purpose of operating gaming centers, bingo games.)
In 2005 the company was renamed Intras Consulting, Inc., and attorney Švarc, at that time the sole shareholder, transferred all of its economic-oriented services to it.
The mission of the company is to provide high-quality processing of administrative tasks for a fraction of what is usually costs the client to pay from his own resources.
Today’s organizational structure divides workers into several accountings and one payroll department and uses specialists in the fields of tax, law, audit and connoisseurship.
