Allow me to share some behind-the-scenes updates from Intras with you.

With great respect and joy, I would first like to thank you for the collaboration so far, which I greatly value. Your trust and support are the greatest rewards for me and a constant motivation to improve our services. Every suggestion and feedback from you help us provide the highest quality service. Therefore, I kindly ask you to take a few minutes to fill out our survey – SURVEY. The purpose of this initiative is to further enhance the quality of our services and better align them with your expectations.

In 2024, we continued to provide our services from three offices (Prague, Most, Ostrava), with the most significant portion of revenue generated from accounting services, payroll processing, and tax advisory. We will close the year with approximately a 10% growth in revenue from our core activities compared to 2023. This increase in revenue was achieved thanks to successful acquisitions, and we owe our new clients primarily to positive recommendations from you, our existing clients. We will continue to greatly appreciate every new referral. Another trend positively influencing revenue was that many of you began utilizing other products and services we offer, such as business valuation, financial management, or specifically targeted analyses.

During the year, we welcomed a new tax advisor to our team, bringing the total number to four. We also strengthened our payroll department in Most with a junior employee. And we are currently hiring new colleague to accounting position.

Employee care, alongside client care, remains our top priority. I am pleased that most of you truly appreciate the dedication and hard work of my colleagues. Especially during this time of year, much of their work remains invisible to our clients, but I want to reassure my colleagues that their efforts are recognized and valued. On behalf of you, our clients, I would like to express immense gratitude for their contributions.

Last year, we were able to fully utilize approximately one-third of the new servers we acquired at the end of 2023. This year, we plan to continue investing. For clients where it makes sense, we are introducing shared virtual storage solutions for document exchange, aiming to reduce the volume of paper documents.

After several months of selection and testing, we have finally progressed in our automation efforts and implemented a system for extracting data from invoices and other accounting documents. Currently, this applies to the Helios program and selected clients. Over the coming months, the system will be rolled out to additional client databases and expanded to include the Pohoda and Info Office programs. We expect significant efficiency improvements, capacity expansion, and reduced pressure to increase prices.

For 2025, we also plan to expand marketing activities and strengthen collaboration with our foreign partner offices. Currently, we maintain a robust exchange of information with our Slovak partners. However, colleagues in Hungary, Germany, the United Kingdom, Greece, and Cyprus are also ready to answer your questions or assist with matters in their respective jurisdictions.
