How can a company make decisions about the future of its components if it doesn&#8217;t know their cost efficiency?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This isn\u2019t just a problem of large state-owned enterprises\u2014many smaller companies still underestimate the importance of internal cost breakdowns.
